I was disappointed with the cookie butter. Couldn't even get my kids to like the stuff, so I ended up throwing away a nearly full jar. :(

Do a search for the food you added. After highlighting it, click on the Nutritional Info button. On the right side, click the 'no' button, then the 'edit' button. (Seems like I'm forever having to edit foods in the database because people don't like to include gram weight.)

I really need to browse the forums more often. Then I wouldn't have spent $30 on an annoyingly wobbly scale that can't be returned because the box accidentally got thrown out on trash day. So…mental note: buy OXO scale next time.

Did you feel bloated or gassy before class? I've never had the urge to fart during yoga, probably because I skip it if my eating wasn't on point that day. :D

Occasionally I'll put cacao powder in my coffee to satisfy a chocolate craving. But usually I eat my favorite chocolate foods when a craving hits. Just be choosy and log those calories.

Oh, and for anyone interested…that study mentions that a calorie-restricted diet containing 1.05-1.25g of protein per kg of bodyweight was more beneficial for retaining muscle mass than one having less than 0.7g. The study is focused on menopausal women, though, so there's that. :D

I came across a US-based study on PubMed that used kg. I'm personally relieved because that 0.8 figure based on lbs would not be reasonably attainable for me.

There need not be a correlation between body measurements and frame size. If today, 70 lbs heavier, I were to go by my wrist size for body frame, I'd be falsely believing I have a large frame. Thanks, everyone! And LOL at the jokesters…knew this could turn out to be a silly question, but I had to ask. Recently came across a YouTube video where someone actually eats the banana peel. Then that led me to a Google search, where I learned this is apparently a thing with some people.

How'd you manage to scoop out the Arctic Zero? A few years back, I tried two different cartons and both were too rock hard for me to get more than a sliver out. Ended up trashing them.

Hi, I'm starting out (one week in) and feel hungry every day. And my calorie intake has been averaging 2000 a day. How do you manage to feel satisfied on 1300? I'd love to know how you do it!
