One "level" table spoon of mayo. NO. JUST NO.You have to have enough to smother the entire slice of bread, and a little on the outer edges hahaha! One tablespoon just doesnt cut it!

This is my FIRST before and after! From a size 18 to a size 10 :) Then, I got pregnant with my daughter <3! Here is my Post Pregancy Before and "after"! I'm back in my size 10 jeans, and working on losing another 18-20lbs to hit my ultimate goal weight:)

This almost made me cry :p! When My husband first proposed to me (4years ago), He bought the ring in a size 7 and i literally forced it on and had to use crisco to get it off LOL! The only thing You need to measure you Body Fat percentage is a tape measure:)! I got mine for 98 cents at walmart, lol. Once you get that then you can google body fat calculator, pick a website, and enter your measurements!

:happyI typically weigh in once a week! And inorder to keep myself from being discouraged if the numbers wont budge, i also track my Body fat Percentage! Often times, even when the scale is the same. My BFP has lowered!
