agree with the others...i'm confused by #1 lol i run to drink! kidding! I am guilty of a lot of these! specially #4 - i need to lose still quite a bit of weight...but at least i am out there every day grinding!

I wear a hat only when its raining, usually I wear a lulu lemon headband, i find it absorbs my sweat better and i get less salt in the eyes! I never wear sunglasses either...i guess the sun just doesnt bother me, i'd rather have nothing on my face to be honest

I have to say, i do enjoy wearing my undies under my running gear...seems like i'm the odd duck out! i do however wear seemless painties that are the comfiest underwear i have ever owned from victoria secret, on shorter runs, i just stick with my seemless coton painties, they do me just fine.

i run 5 days a week and cross train 2 days of the week (if i take a rest day completely - like i did yesterday its the day after my long run which is monday)

hi there! i haven't had gastric bypass but i started out with 130 lbs to lose last year and so far i have lost 80 of those lbs...so it is possible! just always think about the big picture, before you start eating something unhealthy...think about how much it will affect you afterwards, how bad your going to feel…
