Hey 27 from washington DC here looking to maintain weight and stay active, need people to stay motivated to eat healthy and work out! I work in IT and enjoy motorcycles, outdoor trips and sic fi shows/movies.

You have probably been losing fat and gaining muscle. With diet and exercise together you should really start seeing some results in a month or two don't get discouraged. The main thing you want to focus on is your calorie intake with the app though.

I recommend optimum nutrition, but any isolate protein will work. You can tell how fine the protein blend is by how chunky it is when you mix it with water. If you add the exercise under the exercise tab it should update your goal calories for the day, but yes you should eat a little bit more to balance it out.
