I know how you feel. I lost a lot of weight in 2011 and basically gave up in 2012. 2012 was about putting on all the weight again and then some. Hopefully 2013 will be about losing the weight for good! Good luck in your journey

Congrats to all those who lost weight and kept it off. I too lost a lot of weight (although I didn't get to my goal weight) but I've gained it all back and then some. I too would like to continue losing weight. I want to be a UK size 10 (which is US size 6). I was a size 18/20 and I'm now a size 16/18. I don't know what weight a size 10 would be on me though so I'm going by clothing sizes. I don't want to look too sick.
