Body by you exercises with suspensions
Hi guys, I'm new to this book. I haven't started yet. But, is it possible to do some of the exercises such as let me ins, let me ups, pull ups etc with a suspension like TRX, WOSS or rip 60. Is the WOSS just as effective as the TRX and is it able to last? Thanks in advance

What am I doing wrong?
Hi guys, So, 4 weeks I had a job for 2 weeks. It entailed standing on my feet from 9-6 with a 1 hour break. I was burning over 3,000 calories per day (if I went to the gym after work) and 2800 calories (if I didn't go to the gym afterwards). I was able to eat a lot (about 1800-2000 calories per day) and I lost 3.5lbs the…

HRM and weightlifting
There was a thread which said that HRMs should not be used to measure calories burned during weightlifting because it's useless. So how do you work out how much you eat? I workout my tdee based on a sedentary lifestyle then I eat my calories burned. How would you do that for weightlifting. Or would you class weightlifting…

Fitbit and TDEE confusion
Hey guys I'm so confused. I have been using my Fitbit one for a week now and I'm still confused. In fact I gained a pound this week. It says the maximum number of calories to be burned per day is 2,184. Sometimes I burn more than this what with exercise and trying to achieve more than 10,000 steps a day. The maximum I…

Discrepancy with mfp
I found that after doing 1hr zumba fitness class today, i burned 525 calories with my hrm. And yet mfp stated that I burned over 900 calories. Now this is a huge difference. Imagine if i had eaten back my calories based on what mfp stated that I burned. People be careful.

Jamie Eason LiveFit without the diet
Hi, has anyone done the Jamie Eason LiveFIt weightlifting program without doing the diet? I'm currently doing weight watchers and I don't want to start worrying about carb-cycling etc. Do you think I'll tone up? I just want to tone up my arms and stomach as I slim down.

NSV- no takeaway for me
my sister offered to get me some Indian takeaway and I said no. Yeah me! One of the reasons I said no was because I have my weigh-in tomorrow & I don't want any weight gain.

I'm back & ready to attack! Who's with me?
This time last year, I had lost a lot of weight going from over 200lbs (not sure the exact weight because I didn't measure myself) to 160lbs. I have now put it all back on & got up to 217lbs. I am now 212.5lbs looking to get down to 147lbs. I'm back & ready to attack! Who's with me?

Newbie question
Hey I've been lurking for a while & I need some advice as to how the calorie counter system on myfitnesspal works. Initially, my calorie goal was 1200 but when I added my exercise, the calorie goal increased. Is this the new amount of calorie I would need to intake to lose weight or to stay at my current weight?
