my sister offered to get me some Indian takeaway and I said no. Yeah me! One of the reasons I said no was because I have my weigh-in tomorrow & I don't want any weight gain.

I did the exact opposite and ate half a curry and some rice yesterday, ordered from a takeaway. Which is terrible, because I'm of Indian heritage and can cook a better curry than any of my locals, and make one with half the calories too. But, it was the only actual meal I ate that day and I'm repenting my exercising until fatigue today. I could use some of your self-control! Way to go you, that's some iron willpower you've got there.
