I just had baby #2 8 wks ago and I have a year to lose it all before my sister's wedding. I only gained 11 lbs and have lost that but still needing to lose 30 more lbs and tone up!!!

The most accurate way is a DEXA scan which is for bone density its pretty cool because it tells you how much fat not only as a whole but each arm, leg, your head, and mid section. Its pretty cool but yeah they should have done your chest which is pretty much where your bra strap is and then your thigh too.

The 220-age can be off by up to 45 points. If you email me your resting heart rate I can figure your exact heart rate for resting, fat burning zone, cardio zone, and max heart rate. I can at least use something I went to school with :)

Remember its a muscle and if you do too many of them you can bulk the muscle's up and it will cause them to stick out.
