I want what many of you want. I want to live the life i dream of. I want to have the energy to run around with my toddler. If i get the weight off now for good. He will never remember having a fat mommy.

Do your best everyday and everyday your best is different. I just restarted my journey and gave myself three daily goals to work on. Im not perfect everyday but the next morning i get to start over. Good luck!! You can do it

I have just restarted my journey and the walking dvds are great. I have two different ones and mix it up for my two workouts.

sometimes its hard to get back on track after a "slip-up". I just say okay you had your fun and now its time to get back to work. i plan my meals for the next day so I dont have to think or worry about it. seems to help me get back to where i need to be.
