You could consider adding in seeds and nuts as snacks throughout the day as these are quite high in calories and are also very filling :-)

Im 5ft 1 and at a healthy weight...im eating 1300-1400 a day and im still dropping 1lb a week. Do you weigh all sauces you eat and any oil etc you cook your food in? What about liquids you consume? How many calories are you estimating you are buring while you run? :-)

Yeah my work is like that sometimes hahahaha ...everyone heads out for lunch and I hold the fort in work! I dont mind though as I end up saving money and calories for other nice treats I would rather have at home!!

The 'label' is only down to the completely flawed BMI scale. Your the same height as me and when I started I was 181lbs...I spoke with my doctor who also kindly gave me the obese label and off I trotted feeling like total *kitten*! After 20 months of healthy eating and exercising 3x a week im down to 132lbs...with NO help…

I get that a lot now. Im 5ft 1 and started at 181 pounds. Im aiming to get to around 120 pounds so only have 14 pounds more to go (which, according to my BMI would put me at 22.7!). I went to see my nurse on Wednesday to get my blood pressure checked (for the pill) and she told me that I already am within the healthy range…

Hi, Yes I changed my goal from 133lbs to 120 lbs. I'm only 2lbs from my original goal of 133lbs so it feels natural now to reassess these goals. I'm 5ft 1 and started at 181lbs April 2013. I'm aiming to shift these last 15lbs by March/April 2015 so taking my time! :) Anna :)

I don't know TDEE and BMR but I tend to work around 1300 calories a day burning around 500 calories working out...if that makes sense?
