I work with alot of the health development specialists and dieticians in the NHS and 1200 isn't exactly a LCD ...regardless of it being a liquid or solid food diet! NOOO!!!! Starvation mode does NOT exist in this sense! OP ..i understand what you are referring regarding the little sachets but your other foods that are 'cups and spoons' are not accurately weighed.

Like i said these are not accurate ways to measure/weigh food - you need to be using an actual food scale! The video above will explain perfectly!

If you put your stats into mfp and eat the daily calories allocated to you ...that includes anything you really want as long as it can fit into those allocated calories then you are on the right track!

If you havw been able to lose weight eating 1200 calories before you may be over estimating your caloriea burned! Typically I do strength and cardio 3 to 4 times a week normally lasting 75 mins (apart from the last 2 weeks as ive my exams tomorrow!) eta ..this has been my schedule for around 2 years! (360 day streak in mfp though)

Hi, What are your stats (ie. Height, current weight)? What is your daily calorie goal? It doesn't really matter that your eating a salad for lunch..do you know exactly how many calories your eating? How are weighing your food and liquids?

I burn around 300 calories an hour ...this app over estimates calories burned - most people on here would recommend halving them
