That is not a binge...having a meal in my mother's house with tea and cake afterwards plus some chocolate and crisps as snacks...now thats a binge which I do maybe once a fortnight! ....and I love it lol

I think it would make more sense for you to speak to the medical professionals who helped you overcome your anorexia ...I agree with the posts above that your are either over estimating your calories burned or you are eating more than you think! Starvation mode does not exist and if you are truly eating that little you…

If you cant drop the things you are adding to your coffee why not try and find a lower calorie alternative? Or even better...why not just work it into your daily calorie allowance?
-
I LOVE coffee but I take mine black so it doesn't make much of a dent in my calories...perhaps cut out the milk/cream?

What are your stats ie whats your height and current weight? 1200-1600 is a massive difference in calorie intake. Which one would you normally hit daily? How are you measuring your foods? Cups are not accurately, you need to be weighing with a digital scale to be precise! Are you eating your exercise calories back and how…

Yup (And buddy the elf was definitely the best!)

All of this...how many calories are u eating daily?
-
What are you trying to do to me!! :p

Yip 57lbs down..12 more to go! Logging honestly is definitely the key!!

100% this!

I wouldn't trust the machines count on how many calories you have burned! They are never an accurate reading. I would suggest only entering half what the machine states. In regards to your recipes, do you weigh everything you eat with a food scale? Every bit of sauce or dash of oil you use while cooking? Do you look all…

Summer is about 10/11 weeks away...depending on your current weight you could potentially lose around 20lbs...and thats only if you have a lot to lose!
-
That I wouldnt see results straight away and that it would take time and patience!
-
Well done on the loss so far! Thats great work! How many calories are you eating daily? Are you weighing all solid foods and liquids with a digital scale as spoons and cups are not accurate for measurments! How much more weight do you want to lose?
-
I was thinking the same thing lol
-
What are you using to weigh what ur eating?
-
Muscle does not weigh more than fat..it does however take up less room in your body. Weight loss is not straight forward...any weight loss could be masked by sodium intake, time of the month or beginning/adding exercise. Just give it time :-)
-
This...its so easy to get it wrong when guessing and the estimates will add up ridiculously quick!!
-
So your saying your hair weighed the same as 3 average sized babies?! Sorry but I seriously doubt this...I would consider buying new scales!

This..

Lol I nearly threw up my dinner :D

Settings-diary settings-diary sharing :-)

Tablespoons and cups are not accurate...you need to use a scale and weigh things. Agree with post regarding weight of apple..'small' is not accurate! If you are gaining weight you are eating over maintenance unfortunately ...so if you tighten up your logging and keep to a deficit you should lose :-)
-
Yip...this! Do you log calories burned through exercise? And are you eating any of these back? If you open your diary we could take a look and see if something is standing in your way x
-
Ive lost 56lbs using my cross trainer with some weights ...so no I don't think it's a waste of time! :-)
-
According to mfp you need to reassess your daily calorie goal for every 10lbs u lose ...maybe relog things with your current weight and see if anything changes?
-
First of all well done on the weight loss so far! A few things ive noticed after looking at your diary...spoons and cups are not accurate ways to measure foods..your banana probably has more calories in it! I think if u maybe tighten things up in regards to your logging it would help. Also, when was the last time your…
