I fell off the wagon too! We went on vacation...so I did a lot of biking instead, but managed to gain 2 pounds after coming home with a bad cold and taking care of 2 little ones with the same cold :( I'm picking back up tomorrow. Didn't want to post as I didn't know if I should just start over with Day 1 ?!

Yes, I do the wimpiest push ups ever! I sleep on my right arm every night, so I always have limited range of motion, likes it's injured (but it's not), so the push ups are the worst for me. Well, that and the 'rope jumping' on LV 1. Good luck...hope it gets easier :)

I finished day 3 today and my goodness, jumping inivisible rope in place burns my thighs like crazy! I have to stop every time b/c they feel like they are cramping and on fire. I have been the same weight the last 3 days, but at least I know I'm going to build some muscle....which I have very little of.
