you can view mine, i might not eat clean but i stay under my calories and TRY to watch my soduim and carbs ext., my main goal right now is to get to 150, thats only 12 more lbs to go, then depending on how i feel and look i may work twords a lower goal but for now thats all im reallly after :)

Ive noticed the same thing, if I eat my normal calories and drink the next morning ill weigh myself and ill have a loss, now if I eat bad foods that day it will go up for a few days

Freedieting.com, then go to the calorie caculator, it will ask for your info such as weight and hight, then it will tell you how many calories you need to lose/mantain, at the bottom of that it says ziz zag calories, click on that and thers you go! give it a try

ive seen it alot also, some eating under 1000 daily, are women that are already small looking to lose ALOT of weight, im talkin like 115-125lbs wanting to go as low as 90! thats crazy, why would they want to do that?

ive never used a gym, ive always just watched calories, got out and walked when possible, i love my wii fit :) i actully have lost 50lbs in the past and never used a gym, YOU CAN DO IT!!

i already have my goals set to my maintnence calorie :), i put at the bottom in the notes what my ACTUAL calorie goal is, then at the end of the week i can actually see how much my deficit is total, plus i know im not goin over maintness cals therfore im stil at a deficit
