ZERO calorie RANCH
i had a fellow MFP'er tell her friends about calorie free dressings not to long ago! I just happend to remember this today while i was shopping. I bought it and it tastes GREAT! they have more flavors but im partial to ranch dressing. Found at walmart in the dressings isle its Waldens Farms brand!

Stuck in a rut....any suggestions?
Since november about 70 days ago ive lost 19lbs :) . So far what ive done is eat around 1300 calories a day. With one spike day of around 2000. So far ive done great.
