Stuck in a rut....any suggestions?

Since november about 70 days ago ive lost 19lbs :). So far what ive done is eat around 1300 calories a day. With one spike day of around 2000. So far ive done great. I get some exersize almost everyday mainly just around a 200 calorie burn. I drink around 10 cups of water a day (all I drink). I watch my soduim intake also. And no its not my TOM. However last week (saturday) I started way undereating in between I think 600~900 calories for a few days. No, it wasnt intentional either. I just couldnt get myself to eat. I was at 153. Now for days I cant gt my scale to budge below 155. The last 2 days I ate about normal range of calories. Today and tomarrow im eating higher. Then saturday and sunday back to normal calories. Then monday going back to my regular schedual. Im hoping that this spike will help. But are there any suggestions? I dont wanna be stuck at 155 like ive been the last two weeks almost. Expecially since I did manage to get to 153. Why did I gain if I under ate? Kinda confused :(
