New Heart Rate Monitor - Polar FT60 and Just bought a new pair of Running shoes - its stuff just for me, I could do without it but I have been really good ( for awhile :) ) and these items continue to motivate me ... I have both - and a lot of beach body products. I got my Brazil butt lift on Ebay- I find I did all workouts 1x- Sore Sore Sore the next day - I have been doing the sculpt workout on a regular basis ( but that is a small portion) I am uncoordinated and found some of the workouts- more like me slinging myself around in…

I always take my multi's at lunch - stash them in my desk drawer- that way I usually have some more food in my system and not drinking coffee with them - or shortly after.

I have it as well, find it pretty challenging at times. I have not been regular with it but when I do use it - I am sore for days. I need to do it more often- time is an issue for me and I find myself doing High & Tight on Brazil Butt lift and the treadmill most days to get Cardio and sculpting in.

I just watched on Netflix No Strings Attached last week / Limitless is also pretty good but more of action movie.

I too did the depo shot for about 6 months and had to stop. I have been using the nuvaring and have had no issues for like 4 years now.

I am the same weight - I do 30 min ( 3-4 incline ) and go about 6.3 pace fast walking- and get 300 calories as well.

I would not weigh yourself this week- Apples are fairly cheap- they last - put some cinnamon on them to add some flavor - cabbage, carrots - you can steam - they fill you up. I buy frozen chicken breasts ( Schwan's) but Sams or BJs has them and you can defrost- 1-2 pieces verses wasting a " fresh pack" . Buy Yogurt on sale…
