I have my monthly paper planner/calendar all ready to go for 2025! I use it to track my daily weight, steps and calories. Writing down my progress feels very satisfying and serves as a daily reminder to keep at it.

Thanks for this reminder, I last took measurements in 2022 and 2018 and they were still saved in MFP, so I can use those to measure my progress.
