How exciting!! Congratulations!!! I started a countdown in my office so I'll always know how long I have to go - we're at 234 days can you believe it? In a little over a month, we'll be UNDER 200 days! Gotta get this butt off the couch and start MOVING! :)

Good point :) I've done trainers before but never let them take over my nutrition like I've let her. Its interesting to say the least! But when I logged in yesterday and did the calories, I saw she's got me on a roughly 1200 calorie diet. Not that bad... Thanks for the welcome - hoping to make some friends here :)
