I know my idea probably isn't the best way to do it and nobody judge me I'm not proud of it but it did help me ALOT. I simply put like a reminder on my phone for every hour telling me not to eat because I'm fat and it just made me not want to go and eat a bunch of snacks at like 12am.

Then why could I have gained a pound if I am following my calories and only eating 1200 a day ? I don't understand why I would gain I thought it was because it's hard for me to poop

Well today my macro was 41% carbs 45% fat 14% protein But that was without counting dinner Where I had some chicken with salad and lite dressing

I usually just tell myself remember you're trying to lose weight not gain more and that pretty much workouts for me. If not I would just look for those snacks that are only 100 calories. Or if I did sometimes decide hey I want that piece of pizza or chocolate I would add it to the calories for the next day so I would have…
