Low carb diet?
If I'm trying to do a low carb diet where should my macro goals be set to ? I have no idea so I was hoping someone could answer this for me. I do exercise but light exercise and not always probably three to four days out of the week burning 200-400 when I do exercise.

What happens when you eat under your calories ?
Okay so MFP says that for me to be able to get to 120 pounds I have to eat 1200 calories daily, but what if sometimes I eat under 1200 ? Like let's say 1000 daily or 800 calories daily is it bad ? Will it stop your weight loss ?
