You can also try drinking black tea or green tea, just leave out the sugar. Both are great cold or hot and while you are drinking mostly water, it doesn't seem like it. It is as if the water is in disguise! There are also helath benefits to drinking tea and can help with weight loss.

When my motivation runs low I think of my dad. His life was too short, he died before I turned 30. He would have wanted me to get in shape and loose some weight for my helath.

It's ok Dorothy, pizza every once in a while is good for you. And it can be healthy. One of my favorite pizzas is spinach and feta cheese. You can add other healthly items and still have your pizza!
