Depends on if you have half of a whole wheat bagel, or a HUGE monster bagel with cream cheese from the local bagel place. My work has bagels every Friday and I wish they would just go away. lol I try to stay away from them.

I went from a 42D to a 38C when I lost 80+ pounds a many years ago. Stayed at that size.

I did C25k and I highly recommend registering for a race at the end of your plan. It's so motivating. I got totally hooked, and then signed up with Team in Training to do a half marathon in Alaska to benefit The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in memory of my father. I finished with a great time and was so thrilled. Then I…

I'm also a tea drinker. Just an hour or so ago, I felt the need to snack coming on.... I am into the loose leaf teas lately and I have about 10 flavors now. When I need a little something something, I often go for the chocolate mint tea. Fruity teas often help too.

I struggle typically within a 10 pound range, but am still comfortable…

Being active was really enjoyable, and was my stress outlet. I've been going to physical therapy 3X a week for 2 1/2 months. So time consuming. I dread…

I just bought the Total Gym XLS today. I'm recovering from a serious foot injury (calcaneous fracture) and thought it would be a great low impact way to get back into shape.

I LOVE kettlebells. I started with an 18 pound bell, then got a 26 pound bell, and another 26 pound bell (for double kettlebell hell! lol), and now have a competion sized 35 pound bell. I have some local trainers that are RKC certified and have learned a ton from them. I hope to compete one day.

I'm Jenny. I had a severe injury on 9/2/11 where I shattered my heel in 20 pieces and also damaged my subtalar joint. After several surgeries, and nearly 4.5 months later, I'm finally starting to walk a bit on my own. I have physical therapy 3X a week, which is beneficial, but time consuming. Months prior to my injury, I…
