try adding higher cal, packed with good nutrition snacks such as nuts, nut butters, ect. A handful of almonds will get you right up where you need to be. I don't eat back all unless I'm hungry But I also make sure i net 1200+

I'm in love with the Clif energy bars for breakfast when I'm in a hurry. I also make a toast and egg and eat on the way or pack it in my lunch to eat later I take oatmeal and fix at work with a banana and almonds

My absolute favorite add in's are a chopped apple, a few chopped walnuts and a little kashi go lean crunch and a truvia pack to the Dannon's Oiko's plain yogurt. Yep, it's oats rehydrated with water or milk and heated. Eaten with fruit or milk and sweetener or nuts. Depends on your likes. But yes, it's a hot cereal. Is porridge the same? I'm confused to what porridge is.

If I do eat Taco bell I will always opt for the Crunchy taco. and Pinto's, love those. Sometimes you have to do the research before =)

Eat enough, weight train, tone, and be careful to stay within you're "safe zone" with you're heart rate. If your heart rate is too high you are using muscle as fuel. If you are not eating enough, you'll use muscle for fuel. Sooooo, eat, move, enjoy life.

I love Zumba and Aqua Zumba class because of the upbeat music and fun dancing. You have to find what YOU like, so if you don't like it, don't force it.

Knowing how long it will take really doesn't matter, does it? Keep you're good exercise habits, decrease you're portions and try to make healthier choices. It'll come off naturally. ou c Sounds like it's basically you're portions
