Without seeing your diary, I'd be guessing but make sure your NET calories are above 1200. Be sure you're eating your exercise calories. That's a big one that tends to make you extra hungry if youre not eating them.

If in fact you want to stay away from white stuff, try brown rice (not instant) and whole wheat bread or at least muti-grain. Hope this is more helpful than the other's that decided to answer, or lack of answering your question. Good luck!!

I went to bed at 8pm and woke up at 3am. My husband comes in at 3:30 so I made him breakfast. I plan on going back to bed until 7am. Good night MFP's friends. :happy:

I'll wash them and place in a ziploc baggie and throw them in the microwave. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon and stevia. Sometimes a little greek yogurt.

I did this one today and it worked amazingly 1 cup lite vanilla silk soy milk handful of ice 2 TBS PB2 powdered peanut butter 2 tsp dry cocoa stevia to taste blend and sip.

WW taught me healthier eating however with the new point system I gain. I find more support right here for free. =)

Read everything you can get your hands on about healthy eating. Changing your bad habits and creating good habits. Drink plenty of water. Healthy eating with exercise is the key. There is no magic diet, pill, surgery, etc. Good luck and we're all here to help.

Agreed~~~everyone should eat back your exercise calories. Simply stated MFP has already figured out your total calories you need to eat per day to lose 1lb etc. a week. That's WITHOUT exercise.
