my weight loss slows down if I don't eat the extra calories given to me. I eat them and I enjoy every last one!!!

I try to limit my "fat day" or "cheat day" to a cheat meal or even a cheat item. I don't need a whole day of uncontrolled eating. If I did that I'd be back at the beginning and I don't want to be back there.

I just looked a a few days of your diary and youre not eating nearly enough. Eat the number of calories MFP is telling you to eat and drink your water.

A pound is a pound. a pound of fat does not weigh less than a pound of muscle.

A pound is a pound. Doesn't matter if it's a blob of nasty fat or lean muscle. However a pound of muscle will take up less room than fat so you will look smaller even if you're numbers are not going down. Keep doing what you're doing, and pay attention to your clothes instead of the scale.

1330 calories is what you should be eating on "non-exercise" days. If you're exercising you should be eating well over 1200. Eat healthy eat less processed but do eat and it will work. Don't give up, you're hard work will show up in the end.

When you hit the "complete this entry" what message do you get??? MFP will tell you if you are eating too few and what will happen if you do. Pay attention to what it says when you complete your dairy for the day. It will say, You will weigh XXX in 5 weeks if you keep eating like today BUT>>>.....and give you a message.…

Greek yogurt does have much more protein than regular. Try to stick with the plain and add frozen berries and pineapple for sweetness. I've been told you can even add kale for added folic acid and you can't even taste it in there. Good luck!!

More carbs tend to may me "crave" and have hunger pangs. I agree with most others, add more protein earlier in the day, less carbs. I'm curious, how was your ww points for this day?
