Bump Love this one!!!

Not a good idea. Don't do it. You'll lose but what will you be losing?? No way it's a healthy life style change. Hope you decide against it.

She's^^^^ pretty much my inspiration. =)

Thin mints in the freezer that I've tucked out of site but I can still hear their muffled voice calling out to me. Darn things. My momma told me the other day she will donate $5 to the troop instead of buying cookies each time she passes their stand at the store or somewhere. Not a bad Idea. Someone else said they bought…

Chips and Queso...and fried ice cream.

I add to my chocolate smoothies. I also add to steel cut oats with walnuts in the morning And, always freeze them. Not in the peel. I cut them in slices or chunks and freeze on a cookie sheet then once frozen I put in individual baggies. Use for smoothies for flavor and instead of ice which waters down your smoothie.

Change your battery. I personally step on it twice. If the number is both the same, that's my number. If not, I continue until I get the same number twice in a row. It's just a unit of measure to be certain you're on the right track.

Add it to your food as a recipe. You would be the only one using it. Go to your food then recipe then to the right is "add a recipe"

I don't know what to tell you to do, but if it's not "extra", I don't log it.

Smoothie!!

I tend to look at what they're doing. I burn 400 doing Aqua Zumba for an hour (HRM) and I am a bigger person giving it my all!!

I'm a big fan of steel cut oats (not your fast cooking oats) same nutrtition as Old Fashion (minus a tad bit of fat) But 1/4 cup dry (150 cal) cooks up to almost 1 1/2 cups cooked. I like my oats soupy. I love adding 1/2 banana and some walnuts Very filling. This can be cooked in a slow cooker on low at night 1 cup steel…

I remember being on here a while back and only had a couple of friends for support and generally they were people I know personally. When I came back, I posted that I needed more friends that were eating, exercising and enjoying life. Making this a life style, not a diet. I believe in the support of people who are healthy…

Plain mixed with hidden valley ranch dip mix for my veggies. 13 cal a TBSP. Mmmm.

What she said!!! Please learn this, that this needs to be a life style change to keep the changes you make. Can you live on 1200 cal? I sure can't. Nana eats. =) Please eat.

Hello, and welcome. I'm a firm believer that you do have to exercise but you also have to eat. I find myself eating more now that I ever have in my life. Of course it's healthier and more nutritious than ever before but I do seem to be eating, cooking or moving. My only piece of advice is to make sure you pay attention to…

Youre hungry because you're eating to low of calories. Can you honestly say you can do that for the rest of your life. You should be eating. Have you looked at your BMR? It's under tools. It tells you how many calories you need to just lay in bed all day. Mine is almost 1800 so there is no way I'd survive on 1200. If you…

Once I have plenty water in for the day, I will have an unsweetened tea =):drinker:

I have done large amounts of weight loss several times. Here's what I've learned and I pass it on to everyone. It's up to you to use it or not. =) Do not deprive yourself. Eat nutritional foods. Keep your sodium in check. The more nutritional rich foods you eat, the less you will crave unhealthy foods. The less you will…

Half-cup cooked grain or pasta = a serving per the food pyramid.

What she said.

I do eat my exercise calories and most of the time I pre eat them. I eat them before I plan exercising. I do a 2 hour class twice a week but I also have a HRM and I know exactly how many calories I burn personally. My body needs that fuel to do the workout. This fuels your body and help build lean muscle to keep burning…

Sounds right to me.
