I'd do sedentary and count your biking as extra. I only count the extra things I do. I don't count my job, house work, shopping etc becasue it's what I do normally. Hope this helps.

I found it was a taste that grew on me. I first started using it in things that called for milk. It's great for cereal. I like it better than milk now. I now drink the Vanilla unsweetened Almond milk for 35 cal. I use it in my protein shakes and it's very good.

Try adding calorie dense foods to what you're eating already. Add almonds to oatmeal, or greek yogurt to smoothies. I rely on my almond friends when my calorie count is too low. Good oils and high calories. It doesn't take many to bust it up there. And yes, eating too little will be a problem.

If you re are eating the calories the MFP gives you and the extra you exercise, than NO, It's not normal for me to be hungry. Just the opposite fore me. Check out your reports, check nutrition. Still log and then burn it. I have days that I eat my emotions away but when I do I know I have to exercise and I don't like exercising any more than i have to so I'm learning to deal with those emotions in a different way.
