I've come to realize I am not a patient person when it comes to my weight loss. My husband can lose weight by just walking at lunch time. Do you have an iPhone? ( not sure oif you can do this on an andriod) Did you scan the barcode? I find that to be mroe realiable than just guessing which product is the correct one

Salads sound soo good. What about dressing? I love Ranch:love: but its very high in calories, trying to ease away from creamy and go for healthy.
