Graham crackers dipped in yogurt and frozen.

Peanut butter and banana slices, rolled up on a whole wheat tortilla.

Melt dark chocolate, spoon small pools of it on wax paper and press a few seeds or nuts into before it hardens as a sweet treat.

Frozen grapes. (Green grapes work best.)

A piece of cheese, a thin slice of meat on a flattened slice of 100% whole wheat bread. roll it up, skewer it with toothpicks to hold it together and slice it into pieces.

Cottage cheese topped with pieces of fresh pineapple.

Put yogurt in a sandwich bag; trim on corner and use it to dole out dots of yogurt on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze and enjoy frozen yogurt kisses.

Toss chickpeas with a little bit of honey and cinnamon and roast them in your oven until crunchy.

Thinly slice apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and dehydrate them in your oven at 225 degrees to get crunchy cinnamon apple chips.
