I do! I eat three meals and two small snacks throughout the day. I am not hungry at all. Lots of protein and veggies.

Eating in a deficit does NOT mean you are constantly hungry. As you said, not all calories are created equal. In my opinion, the best thing you could do it pick up a hard copy, not kindle version, of Thinner Leaner Stronger. Seriously. I also second Nerd Fitness. I'm a part of the community over there and they are amazing.

I've been doing The Firm dvds. My current favorites are 500 Calorie Workout (true to it's name) and Get Chisel'd. Ive been alternating them MWF

Thanks for the replies. I should've added that I'm an ex beachbody coach. Turbo fire was my main for a long time until I got burnt out. I absolutely -LOVE- HIIT. I was on Lexapro briefly and had insatiable hunger. As well as feeling like I had a cloud made of bricks over my head constantly. I hated it. I switched to Wellbutrin and it's been great. Talk to your doctor. Sometime you have to try several different medications to find what works best for you.

This. +1 If I eat/drink it, it's getting logged, and if I can, weighed as well. I even keep track of how much water I drink.

I've found better results with a cheat meal rather than a whole cheat day. Lord knows I could eat every damn thing I set my eyes on.

Finally going to a doctor and getting some medication helped me immensely. Once I got the boost to actually do things, I found that I felt better when I ate healthy, and the days I worked out? Absolutely amazing.

Exactly this. Just focus on logging every thing you eat and getting that recommended 10,000 steps a day. I love fitness blender and nerd fitness, but that's just me.

Weigh in whenever you want. Personally, I weigh myself every Sunday. I would also suggest you purchase a food scale if you don't already have one.
