Christine, no it happens when I reach my 1200 calorie mark too. But you remember when that really didn't matter, it use to always tell us. Say if I hate 900 cal...I think it would be on our phone...it would say if you ate this way everyday for 5 weeks...you would weight this amount...but now they won't do it for me.

I can see that. I just liked it when I use to complete my entry and they would tell me what my weight would be based on what I've eaten that day. Yes girl because my pit bull have me sweating! That's why I call it a workout. And walking up and down my stairs is a even bigger workout because my legs burn and I sweat. I know I need to do strength training...I could probably just use my bands but I really do love walking. It truly does help me.

I feel you. I haven't even began to weight train that's why I walk my dog a lot, and she pulls the crape out of me..or either I walk up and down my stairs and that's a real calorie burner. That's what's been convient for me right now. Different strokes for different folks. I would never try to knock or discourage anyone…

I'm just curious....why is it crazy?? I have never heard ANYONE say that exercising for any length of time is crazy. But I would love to hear your expert opinion. Thanks everybody! This REALLY helped me out a whole whole lot. I have been eating waaay below what I should have been eating. I have been cheating myself. Not to worry...that surely will not be happening again.
