You took the words right out of my...keyboard, lol. I agree the pounds arent going to drop off at the same time in one day. It takes patience, motivation, consistency, planning, and just an overall change in perception in diet and exercise. Im gonna try to walk at least 3 miles tomorrow..WISH ME LUCK!!!!
