I drank diet drinks while successfully loosing weight, wasn't an issue for me..

Good work, 3 stone is a big loss!.
-
I must be a freak of nature then, never eat in the mornings and have a perfectly normal metabolism..
-
You look stunning :), well done and keep it up!.
-
I don't eat breakfast, not hungry for a start and if I do I end up the same situation as the OP (hungry all day!). Sometimes I'll have a snack at 11am, most of the time I wait for lunch at 1pm.
-
Weigh once a week and keep an eye on things, I managed to lose 2 stone with portion control and avoiding snacking. Been maintaining for a couple of months with no logging so it can be done ;).

I did the gym/ lifting thing in my 20's and not interested in doing it again at 37.. Be happy with what you've achieved and make sure you don't put it back on again..
-
If you have no time to make your own food you're doomed to failure from the start.. Good excuse though.
-
Lack of will power and self control.. I could quite easily eat to excess all the time but choose not to..
-
Im 5'9 and 76kg/ 12 stone, decided this was light enough so I've been on maintenance since..
-
It takes a while!, aim to maintain or drop 1/2 lb at most and take it easy..

I have been fixated with my stomach too, after hitting goal weight and dropping another 4kg on top. My wife actually said I should not loose any more weight (which was right to be fair!). Looking at your profile you're in great shape and should be very proud of what you've achieved!. Congratulate yourself and maybe take a…

Great work!.

Very impressive!. Well done.

I don't have an early breakfast, eat a snack at 11 am (technically my breakfast) lunch at 1pm snack around 4.30 and tea around 7pm ish. It doesn't matter how many meals you have, just the calories in those meals per day (or per week for some).

I'm 4 kilos under my original goal weight now and just about happy!. Still top end of heathy BMI but if I aimed for the lower end I'll look to thin..
-
I used to eat it years ago with 'top of the milk' cream and golden syrup. Might as well eat wet cardboard if you cook it in water for me..
-
Move out..
-
Pistachio nuts for me, 3rd of a bag (300kcals).
-
I've took 4 1/2 months to lose 2 stone, still losing slightly but building myself up to maintainance now.. I nipped it in the bud, when I saw 90kg on the scale I knew it was time to sort my eating out!. Slow and steady wins the race..
-
If you're not gaining then it's still good news!.
-
I gave my dad 10 brand new large t-shirts at the start of the year because they were far too tight, now I have to buy some more.. Had a new RST Pit Jacket given to me at work last year, really nice but not a hope in he'll I'd have fit inside it, tried it on a couple.of weeks ago and fits perfectly now!. Bring a smile to…

Great work!.

Tummy's the last place to lose from unfortunately, I've had to re - evaluate my goal weight because I'm still not happy with my belly!.
-
Good work, that's a big loss in 9 months and you look great!.
-
Where are the tickers?.
-
Its bloody awful!.
-
Yeh I think its a long term goal, wrinkles are not an issue; it's a pinch an inch type deal..

I've bought some protein bars to try, 300kcals and look nice. As said above eggs are very filling too. A tuna salad comes out pretty low calorie was as well..
