I managed to average around 1700 calories a day (over the week) including pizza Wednesday and some beer. If your heart's not in it no "diet" will work for you unfortunately..
-
Healthy BMI for me, other option is waist circumference is at least half your height..
-
Basically the OP has married the wrong woman, why didn't he find someone who was already into fitness, healthy eating?.

The water bursts the cells when you freeze the tomato, so when you thaw them out they would be soft/ mushy..

I don't eat breakfast either, what's the point in eating if you're not hungry?. Save the calories for later in the day when you will enjoy them!. I read a while back that breakfast was basically forced on people by the companies advertising their products, most important meal of the day (for their profits)..

Same here, amazing transformation!.
-
I did two months off while on maintainance, after climbing back on I'd put on a kilo which isn't a disaster!. Normally weigh every two weeks now.. While dieting I weighed every day without fail.
-
Drink a pint of water 15 mins before your meal..
-
I don't normally eat until 1pm, a mug of tea in the morning is "breakfast".
-
Why have that as your photo then?.
-
Yep, it's not really that complicated (unless you need an excuse for not following it).
-
In healthey BMI range is a good goal but you look great as you are!.
-
Good luck and hope you hit your goal!.
-
Surely you must know you're eating too much and putting weigh on?....
-
No pain no gain...
-
Great work there!.
-
Yep, it's hard work losing weight!.
-
CICO isn't wrong, it's just people looking for excuses....

I lost just over 2 stone and to be honest it was only the last 3kg that I noticed any real difference (to me anyway).
-
I find it easier to stick to meals during the working week, and have a bit of a relax at the weekends (on maintainance). Getting into the habit of cheat meals may be detrimental, once a week at most if you're trying to loose weight.

Eat 500 less calories and watch the tele...

4 egg Mushroom Omelette.

Good work!.

I've found it totally realistic and in the healthy range is not "far too skinny" by any means. Another good rule I read was your waste should be not more than half your height, which is bang on for me as well.
-
I eat pistachios, by the time you've peeled 200kcals worth you've had enough anyway!.
-
Can't beat a pert bottom in yoga pants ;).
-
I don't know anyone with a proper 6 pack that drinks 5 times a week..
-
Mid twenties for me (76kg), now 38 and been maintaining for a year (well slightly over at 77kg but it's coming off this month!).
