You're planning to lose weight too quickly imho, 1 kilo a week is hard work and the maximum recommended loss. You need to change your diet, lifestyle to maintain the loss over your lifetime. Not just a crash diet..
-
Sounds like its working well for you so carry on!.
-
I'm not far off, keep at it!.
-
Scale for me, and the belt on my work trousers (just gone down another notch!).
-
I could quite happily take that on over a day!, to be honest I was expecting more for 11,000 kcals!. I'd stop around 10 pints though, hard work getting up with the kids on a morning hungover.. Enjoy it!, oddly I put a kilo on over my holiday, but lost 2 kilos in a week when I got back..

Put your diet on hold and eat for both of you. Your growing child is your main responsibility now; not your weight. Children change everything (for the better!), enjoy being a mother.
-
I put a kilo on in a week and bloody enjoyed it!. It'll come back off..

No...

Food is the key, basically eat less and you'll lose weight. I exercise the.same as before but eat less drink less alcohol and have steadily lost weight.

Sorry guys and gals I've failed!. My wife bought a bottle of Gin and some diet lemonade today and I can't resist..
-
Nice to see you're eating well while keepng that figure!. Roll on 6 months when I get to goal weight and can have another treat or two..
-
I'm 5'9, started at 90kg and down to 83kg now. My goal was 80kg but I may go down from that slightly, my beer gut is my guide now; want a flat stomach. Muscles play a part, I used to be built at 80kg with a 6 pack but not this time round!.
-
Wow!, you look great!.

Assume everybody hadn't seen you and ride for worste case so you're ready if a car pulls out in front or pedestrian walks out in front of you. Be very wary of busses and taxis for some reason the hate cyclists?. I never undertake lorries anywhere near junctions, not worth the risk to save a couple of minutes on your…

I don't eat breakfast and have steadily lost weight, have an apple around 11.30am then lunch at 1pm. Breakfast would be wasted calories for me..
-
Wow!.
-
I'll ask the wife later..
-
That's my downfall as well, after 4 pints the munchies start and I can eat a fair amount!. 2 pints for me is a happy medium. Anyway, 3rd dry night for me; just had a cup of tea instead..
-
Dioralyte is your best bet, mix a sachet with water and it's designed to rehydrate you properly with salts etc.. Bovril?, it's basically marmite that disolves in hot water to make a nice drink!.
-
I've had my wisdom teeth x-rayed a few times as they aren't fully out (37 years old!), when did they decide to pull yours?. Seems they prefer to leave them alone if possible.
-
Walk or cycle to work as a start..

Roasting is done in the oven (no oil). Frying is done in a pan with oil/ fat. Deep frying is done in a big pan where the chicken bits are completely covered in oil.
-
I'll have a go, don't know if I can do two weeks though!. Normally have 2 pints a night so that's (400x14) 5600 kcal saved..
-
I've lost over a stone by limiting alcohol, eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks (apples). I just eat a bit less per portion than before and have a steady weight loss over 3 months. Snacking and beer were my 2 main problems..
-
Big weigh in this morning, was 82.8kg now 84kg so not a bad trade off for a week of enjoyment!. Will have that gone in around a weeks so all good!.
-
You don't need a pat on the back every 5 minutes, just get your head down and get it done!. If someone compliments you or asks about your weight loss all the better but don't bore people with your diet stories..
-
I was thinking the same thing..
-
I rarely if ever eat breakfast, normal workday I have a cup of tea with 2 sugars when I get up then cycle to work.
-
Quality!.
-
Good work!.
