Hi! I'm 20 from Florida! Not married, in college still. Been overweight my whole life, and I have found that in college and in the career world people don't take you as seriously when you are overweight so I am determined to get fit by the end of the summer! :D

I put in "circuit training- general" for 20 minutes and I googled how many calories you burn on level one, and some guy made an algorithm for it... I forgot where it was or what it was, but basically for me, I burn like 200 calories. I am 5'4", 148.8 lbs female. I edited the calories burned thingy on MFP to say 200 instead…
