  • Currently drinking: 1 cup spinach, 1 banana, 1/2cup soy yoghurt, 1/2 cup soy milk, some chilli flakes, lemon juice. Forgot to add chia seeds and soy protein powder. Normally: 1 banana, 1tsp peanut butter, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 scoop protein powder, handful spinach/kale, sometimes blueberries soy yoghurt, soy milk Delicious!
