  • I use plain yogurt and add in fruit, and sprinkle a tablespoon or so of granola on top. Trying to save sugars for an occasional brownie lol! Also love veggies sauteed in a little bit of olive oil, scramble in an egg, and roll it up in a flatout.

  • Ouch! My husband is a physician, and has seen so many head injuries from falls on ice that he salts the bee-jeezus out of our driveway and it drives me CRAZY!! But he won't budge and acts like I'd rather have the kids fall and break their heads going to the bus. Very cool about the silent auction wins. Is the trainer good?
