I am getting loose skin under my arms and my thighs. I'm going to wait till I lose all my weight and if it doesn't improve I will be getting surgery. In the meantime I'm lifting heavy weights 3 times a week and doing cardio 6 days a week.

I do 3 hours of strength training a week at the gym (doesn't include my daily squats at home). Then I do 7 hours of cardio weekly. That might sound excessive on the cardio but I love cardio

I am using the treadmill at the gym 7 hours a week at 3.0 to 3.8 mph... Mostly because I love love love it

Hi where can you enable negative calories or is that a premium perk? And what does it actually mean? Thanks in advance.

Yes you should be eating back some of your exercise calories or you won't be getting enough calories daily. I found that with step calories I can eat them all back and still lose. Not so sure about the exercise ones that you input yourself as I don't use that anymore.

I don't know why but I get that adjustment every night for about 15 minutes then it goes back to the correct figure. Is it giving you like twice as many extra calories? That's what mine does. Like I said it goes back to normal eventually.

Why would you recommend diet pills especially to someone with anxiety? As far as I know, most diet pills have stimulant in them which is NOT good for someone with anxiety as it would exacerbate the anxiety. I speak from experience.

I'm using my iPhone steps app which syncs with MFP. I wear it during my treadmill time. Basically I have it attached to me wherever I go outside my home.

Hi good for you for doing weight training. I have only been doing weight training since 7/3/15, with a personal trainer 3 x a week for an hour each session. I've seen lots of changes in my body in this short time. I also do cardio on most days. All the best to you.

Same here. I wind up taking a long nap after weight training.
