Hi i think its different for everyone i'm on day 3 level one and on average i burn around 524 cals for the full 26 mins ( warm up and col down included) but i'm probably alot heavier than most xx

Hi, I think everyone is different and if eating all your exercise calories doesn't work for you try just eating half or just eating a few extra when hungry, I have tried both eating all and eating no exercise cals for me the only thing that works is to eat just a few ( 100- 200 ) exercise calories. Hi i love zumba , i go 3 times a week , 2 to fitness and 1 to toning ( using zumba sticks) its the best thing - i've tried zumba and zumba 2 on the wii, hated first one but really enjoyed second. I would defiantly give it a go xx

I love bacon sandwiches and normally have a couple a month as a treat - i haven't and won't give up on any foods ( as i crave things more when i do that ) its all in moderation. So i would say yes enjoy your sausage and bacon in the morning xx

I started end of january 2011 and after a few hiccups i managed to lose 82 pounds in just under the year - i feel i done it at a right pace as i worry about excess skin and losing it quick won't give your skin chance. Yes i do every saturday. I weigh sat morning then have a day of no recording food and no exercise - i find it really helps me get through the week. xx
