Hi sorry for being late again. I had a pretty good week lost 2 pounds - 1 more till 60 :happy: I beat my cals burnt target this week but next few weeks are going to be tough, as my kids are home now and my zumba class has finished 4 few weeks, still hoping to get out walking with my kids and i'll eat as healthy as i can.…

Hi sorry can't offer much advice at the moment. I found out a few weeks ago i had gallstones and can completly understand about the pain - worse than child berth. Mine can be triggered off by anything not the usual fatty foods and dairy , i'm just trying to get through each day as it comes never knowing if its going to be…

Its not everyones answer but i allow myself one day a week( saturdays) to eat wot i want to it hasn't affected me yet - i work hard the rest of the week and stick just under my daily goal. Good luck. xx

Through the week i cook what i want to eat ( healthy ) most the time my husband has the same but sometimes he doesn't - my kids always eat at a diff time 2 us but at weekend we all eat together and its not as healthy. I make sure my portions are smaller than the old days. I feel i need those days and it has worked 4 me . xx

Rain - we get far too much English summers - Never see the sun 4 more than a few days at a time Scales - We not been getting on the last few weeks Being skint - No one likes that Rain - again because i just hate it

HI i don't personally eat my exercise calories many as i usually burn between 1000 and 1500 a day and would really struggle to eat that, but also if i'm hungry i'll eat extra .I'd do wot is right 4 u, I tried to eat more one week and stayed the same , i usually lose between 2- 3 pound a week and happy with that, Good luck…

I have also wondered bout the wii fit scales, i don't use mine 4 weekly weigh ins, stick with my normal scales - i have found that i was up and down all the time. good luck

My breakfast is pretty boring compared to all yours but i'm not great at eating early so to me its better than nothing, i have 30 grams of sultana bran and semi skimmed milk. only works out at 150 cals.

Hi can't talk 4 everyone and everyone is different but i don't eat mine. I lose 2 or 3 pounds every week. Good luck.
