It also depends on the food your eating. If you eat lots of fruits and veggies and very little processed foods than you aren't going to need as much water because you're getting it thru your foods. That could make you need to go to the bathroom more frequently.

I must admit I quit after 4 days due to various factors. But the biggest was probably that I was already bored with the routine and knowing I had to do it for 6 more days made me wanna scream. So I failed this time which is a bummer cuz I'm in a wedding next Sat and I'm not toned at all :(
