Here is the link: http://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/ It is basically 30 days where you eat only whole foods and cut out sugar, wheat, dairy, legumes, corn, soy, alcohol. It is similar to paleo but a little more strict for the 30 days. It is awesome!
-
When are you starting your Whole30? I am thinking of starting in June

Looks like your calorie intake is probably fine. Have you tried cutting out added sugars and white breads and such? I am only asking because you have PCOS and common consensus is that we can't handle these foods well at all.
-
Sent you a friend request, I also have PCOS
-
I agree with previous comments about making sure everything is logged accurately. If you have PCOS though, it is not just calories in, calories out. What kind of foods are you eating? Having had PCOS almost 10 years now and learning a lot from nutritionists, dietitians, naturopaths, etc. I would love to look at your food…

Maybe consider doing a Whole30 - many claim it has helped their chronic issues like arthritis. 80% of weight loss is your diet so start there and maybe it will help your symptoms so you can exercise more in the future. I also have PCOS and Whole30 helps get over the addiction to processed carbs and sugar! Sent you a friend…

I sent you a PM. Hope there is still room!

Maybe arrowroot powder (mixed with a little water first)? I tend to use canned coconut milk for milk-based soups, its very thick and creamy to begin with.

What has worked for you? What does your food & exercise look like?

I am amazed that you didn't really have sugar withdrawals! I have attempted a Whole30 a couple times in the past, and the sugar withdrawals were rough. Although I know its worth it. I may just have to try again knowing others (like you) have succeeded!
