Hello everyone! This is my second time in MyFitnessPal. I successfully lost 40 lbs in 2013, but unfortunately after my vacation, I gained 40 lbs and more. I am now 179 lbs and my goal weight is 150 lbs (for now).

I am diabetic, and can't exercise too much because I have arthritis. I also have PCOS, yeah I have so many wrong with me. I will eat everything and a LOT! But, I am changing my lifestyle to live healthy and diabetes free! Woohoo..

I hear ya! I lost 45 pounds and somehow I gained back 30 - it just came back so gradually it was easy to ignore. So I have got myself in the right frame of mind to get back on track and it sounds like you are there also. I think the key for me last time was documenting EVERYTHING I ate. So - going all in with MFP and I've made it to day 2. Honestly - I have been so impressed by the database of food that is in MFP. I made a Mexican Turkey burger for dinner using a Biggest Loser recipe and all the nutritional information was already in MFP - so easy! Good luck on your journey!

Maybe consider doing a Whole30 - many claim it has helped their chronic issues like arthritis. 80% of weight loss is your diet so start there and maybe it will help your symptoms so you can exercise more in the future. I also have PCOS and Whole30 helps get over the addiction to processed carbs and sugar!
Sent you a friend request
