Also, I think it's a telling sign that your body is so hungry, when you've never been obsessive about food. Your body knows what it needs. I would slowly up your calories every week and see what happens. Your body will tell you what it needs.... trust it Oh and a nutritionist pro friend did tell me that if you are eating…

Absolutely! Just be aware that after a period of time your body does get use to the activity, so you have to add some extra exercise on top of it :) PS It depends too on what setting you have for yourself. If your sedentary then by all means add it.

Way to go everyone! That's awesome! I know a few of us didn't lose anything this week, don't stress about it!!! We're gonna rock it this week!

I say go for it as well. You'll know when you get closer whether your body is ok at 130 or whether you can drop more. Maybe you can set 130 as your goal weight #1 and when you get there re-evaluate. I am 5'3 as well and when I was in high school I worked out constantly and ate super well and I never went below 135. So it…

Sorry I didn't help out much for the miles this week... Been out of town all week, eating like crap and hardly exercising. I was sooo scared to step on the scale this morning, but when I did, I weighed exactly the same! So I'm busting butt today and tomorrow to try to lose as much as I can before Sunday! Sorry to…

I can do 10 miles next week as well :)

I'm up for more challenges! The walk felt so good yesterday, I walked to work today (in the rain!!).

No problem! When I adjusted that for myself it made a HUGE difference! Thats when the pounds started melting off for me. I still struggle with it, and there are days I go way over but for the most part its good to watch :) If you have any more questions, friend me, and I can chat with my nutritionist and help you :)

Just remember sodium intake should be 1500 mgs or lower

High potassium, low fat foods like fish (tuna has 484 mgs per serving), many different kinds of beans (kidney, lima, white), dried apricots (814 mgs per serving), bananas, raisins, avocado (high in GOOD fat!), almonds are great - good source of fat and potassium. I would try to keep your fat coming from natural sources so…

Hi everyone! My name is Clarissa and I joined this challenge because I have been doing well on my nutrition goals and losing weight for a few months. BUT I have yet to start an exercise routine. I just can't get myself motivated. I know I need to because as the weight starts coming off skin starts to sag! Plus I need to…
