those numbers all seem high did you put in your age/height/weight and set your goals in your settings? It also may help to view other peoples diaries and see what they are eating and where their numbers are

i use these message boards to chat with other people into fitness to keep it on my mind without annoying people when i cant be working out like at work lol i find it helps also joined some fitness fb groups they even have fandom ones like disney fitness :D i love it

i used to have polar and loved it! the only downside was the 2 pieces i lost one piece so i no longer have it but im glad i learned where my heart rate should be to burn fat and how high is to high for me now i can almost tell my heart rate just from how i feel when i check it on my elliptical im almost bang on

on youtube if you search 30days of yoga there is a super easy begining set after the first couple days id recommend adding another video so its more of a workout. A good sequence to start with in sun salutation when you wake up. yoga esspecially in the begining can seem boring but its adjusting to prooper form and such…

i think insanity is way better i like shaun t and find tony incredibly annoying honestly ruins the videos any time i try a program by him lol. i do the 1st month of insanity every spring, never actually did the full program in order tbh.

rest days doesnt have to mean doing nothing go hiking or do yoga, yoga is probably best seeing the comment above mine as it has a mental health aspect to it if you find a good yogi via video or in real life

super common "elliptical toe" try loosening your shoes i read an article the said get half a size up helps. since iv started loosening my shoes it hasnt been as bad still starts around the 19min mark though but not as bad

congradulations! its good that you are setting small and long term goals thats great! I recommend to keep your head healthy add body positivity, add bp pages in IG, fb, pinterest etc to help you from going to any dark places that should help with the fear you mentioned :)

i used to run on the spot for extra cals burned routate between walking, jogging,high knees, butt kicks and football sprints. just throw on a movie and go i actually lost quite a bit of weight doing that when i first started, another idea if you have the space you can usually find free or next to free ellipticals on kijiji…

eating veg makes it quite easy im quite often between 1000-1400. That said make sure your getting enough depending on age, height and weight 1200 may not be enough especially every day.

supplements dont absorb as well as natural nutrients from food so doing this long term you would be unhealthy its better to make healthy changes that can be maintained long term than to do short term diets which in the long term increase health risks particularly heart attack and heart disease.
