Also do you measure yourself? in the beginning youll lose size before weight (generally) your post routine could definitely be improved upon but is a good start :) my diary is public if you want to add me getting ideas may help

usually i make a smaller version of whatever my lunch is. Or tofu scramble, toast with various toppings, wraps etc

If you are peeing more than once an hour you should see a doctor just to make sure its not a problem, my doctor told me to train my bladder by only letting myself go once an hour. I do recommend lemon water more for taste and health benefits nothing to do with the peeing issue.

i am not huge on breakfast foods I usually make a smaller portion of whatever I am having for lunch. I also like burritos with weight watcher wraps, tofu scrambles, oats,shakes, toast with various toppings.
