Christmas binge making me hate myself

So I’ve decided to kick start myself again and do a 5 day no carb challenge. Eaten way too much over past 2 weeks but haven’t stopped training. Any one else have any no carb tips? Thanks

    How about log everything you eat using a food scale for the rest of your life challenge?

    Yes I wasn't about to bring a food scale to my in laws house. But when you log using a food scale, you get a pretty good idea of how much you are eating. I have also brought fudge and cookies from parties home just to weigh them!
