I do the same thing, I HATE going over 1200 when I am set to eat 1800 and I exercise A LOT so I could get away with eating a ton more! I feel if I am putting in so much effort why would I want to eat so much - I say as long as you are netting your 1200 you are fine to eat 1600 or less!

I never eat my exercise calories - EVER!!

I have OCD - I have to open and shut the doors in my house several times before I lock them to ensure they are shut and locked and if I got to bed and my husband asks if I checked the doors I have to go do it all over again, he has learned not to say anything about locking doors :-)

I am 5'11 - my goal is 165. I hear it everyday from my co workers - they say "there is NO WAY you have any more weight to lose" :-) One nice thing about being tall!!

No real advice that hasn't been said 100 time - I count every calorie that goes into my mouth averaging between 1200-1600 a day, I have not had fast food/pizza/pop since February 2011. I started out at 270 and I jumped right in - I started weight training and doing the elliptical everyday and slowly added more time and weight as I felt the need to. Your body can do more than you think - good luck!
